Chromebook 315 battery not going to 100%

I have a strange problem with my new Chromebook 315.  When I got it the battery charged and stayed at 100%.
But after a few weeks the battery only goes to 98% or 99% while plugged in

Any idea what is going on?

    That's pretty normal. ChromeOS tends to run a bit inaccurate for those estimates.
