So the laptop has 1x16 gb already which works at 2400 mhz because of the ryzen 7 3750h , now i want to know what is the exact ram stick inside it and if i add it i want to know if it will work in dual channel( it can support 32 gb ram)

Sorry your mainboard RAM buss is not dual channel capable. Speed not much different than single channel anyway. This means you can use a standard 16GB DDR4 sodimm 2400MHz speed or higher to work with the 16GB sodimm you already have. You can download and install Speccy freeware to fully identify the 16GB sodimm installed if you don't want to remove 11 screws and bottom cover to see exactly what you have since the factory can use different Micron, Crucial, Kingston, Hynix, Samsung, etc brands.  Any brand DDR4 sodimm with similar specifications as your existing 16GB sodimm should work fine.

Simplest way is for you to do the Crucial System Scan to find out the newest and max and compatible ram for this laptop, as Crucial guarantees their guide and all their specs for the ram upgrade for your AN515-43 as the max of 32GB  total could be higher.

Acer suggested AN515-43 ram specs and
Slot 1 (GB) and Slot 2 (GB) populated specs

also i found this one which from the photo i think you can see it's the ram i already have in my laptop https://www.amazon.it/HYNIX-1x16GB-2666MHz-PC4-21300-hma82gs6cjr8n-vk/dp/B07KJFS55P/ref=sr_1_1?__mk_it_IT=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&crid=106O7QJP04ZTB&keywords=Hynix+1x16+ddr4&qid=1657296525&sprefix=hynix+1x16+ddr,aps,142&sr=8-1 , can't i just buy this one stick it in since they are the same and get 2x16 2400 mhz ?

Yes, good choice. The Amazon Hynix 16GB 2666MHz sodimm  should work fine with your old Hynix 16GB 2400MHz sodimm. Your max mainboard RAM buss speed is nominal 1200MHz single channel or  2400MHz for double data rate (DDR) sodimms.

So i can really get dual channel ?? Thank you bro my ryzen 3750h is pretty restricted in gaming because of single channel , i saw a video where it showed how much dual channel improves ryzen 3750 performance and that's why i was planning on getting one , aight thank you bro !

    >>>i saw a video where it showed how much dual channel improves ryzen 3750 performance>>>

Sorry NO!!! The video is either wrong or misleading!!!

Gaming & graphics performance depends mainly on the discrete nVidia GPU, not the AMD Ryzen CPU!!!

You will NOT notice much improvement  by increasing RAM from 16GB to 32GB. Doesn't matter if single channel mode or dual channel mode. This has little or no effect on graphics performance.

well the video showed that it didn't really change much in some games but in some it did , and it really improved with the 1% lows or stuttering , https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FOtmR4opHzU&t=440s here is the video i don't really need more fps but it helps improve stuttering.
