For less than a month I have had a new Acer Nitro 50-620 computer and it has some crackling noise from inside the case. Crackling occurs in the simplest activities on the computer, even when moving the mouse cursor over the desktop. The computer was under warranty service and the graphics card was replaced, but the crackling problem still remained. Does anyone have any idea what component might be causing the problem? I am sending a link to the recording - https://streamable.com/teyp2m

There is no crackling sound there, its a normal fan sound of your case fans and the gpu and cpu cooling fans. Also that caption video is not real loud or at the specific point of your 'so called cracking noise" as it sounds normal to me! If you do get any noise from fans then their bearings are gone or they have some foreign material inside of then that need cleaning and with the bearing the fan has to be replaced.
