Hello, today I bought an acer nitro 5 AN515-57 laptop.  I connected it to charging and after a short while I turned on, started the configuration and after a few seconds my computer jammed, the keyboard went out and I could not do anything, so I waited a while and my computer turned off.  A few minutes later I tried again and it crashed again.  The third time I got an error CRITICAL VIDEO ERROR DXGKRNL.  I turned it off, decided to wait until the battery was loaded.  When it was loaded, I finished the configuration, started to personalize it and it crashed again.  And I turned it off and on again.  After restarting, it crashed again.  I couldn't stand it anymore, so I started looking for help on the Internet.  Please, does anyone know what to do with this?

For a new laptop, it should be plugged in and the battery should be fully charged indicated by a steady blue (NOT orange) charge LED lit BEFORE  trying to turn it on for the first time.
