Not sure where the relevant category lies for this issue, but had to ask, has anyone else had the same issues with Acer Repair? I've been sent back my laptop faulty on three occasions where the screen has been incorrectly fitted, I have to keep sending the laptop back, where it is returned but was fixed a tiny bit, the rest seems to have just been left, and no care for attention applied, images attached. By incorrectly fitted I'm talking about the black bars on the left and bottom of the screen the top-hand side of the screen and the right-hand side of the screen is fine, although the right-hand side of the screen over stretches and I can make the cursor completely invisible off the screen. I've checked resolution settings and all sorts, this issue only started occurring when Acer replaced my screen after it was faulty in the first instance. I've contacted support again, however not open till Monday, and I only wish to imagine if anyone else has experienced this issue with their repair service.
