I have a laptop that’s 1 year and 5 months old the keyboard was replaced 2 months ago by a computer repair shop however the logic board to charge the laptop (send signal from jack to battery) stopped working will this be something Acer can fix and any idea on cost since it’s out of warranty…?

Your AN517-52 is way out of warranty so it would not be covered under warranty from Acer. To diagnose and to fix any power/charging issues you need to take your AN517-52 to an experienced tech that has the experience and the tools to fix your laptop, as not all techs that can change a keyboard can do these types of repairs. Your laptops could have a Charger Board fault (which can be changed and is PnP, see below) it could be in its power stages within your mobo and components like fuses, capacitors, mosat etc could be shorted or faulty that need checking where this problem is as these circuitry components need to be changed.

There is no magic software or button that can fix your issues as and if you send this laptop to Acer they will diagnose your laptop and if there are any issues with your power section they will change either the Charger Board or your the Mainboard and they will not go into the intricacies and look for any faulty individual components and/or fix individual components that are causing your issues, as that could take many hours and it could be unfixable and allot more expensive than just changing the mobo. If you don't have a tech within your area or don't want to go through this then buy a new mobo and replace it as that is the easiest way for an experienced consumer to do or for a tech to do and could be a much cheaper solution. Also you haven't told us what exact specs your AN517-52 is as there are 16 different mobos that Acer uses for the AN5176-52, so see below for both the mobo and the charger board Acer part numbers for your reference:
