Hi, my device is an acer aspire 5 and it doesn't recognize my usb as bootable. When I open bios and go to the boot menu, it only has Windows boot manager but my usb isn't shown. I am trying to install an older version of windows from my usb.

I used rufus to burn an ISO to the usb, and the format is in fat32. other formats like NTFS doesnt work on my usb.
