Wi-Fi Strength Always Shows "Weak" Chromebook Spin 713 (Model:CP713-3W-5102).

I have the Chromebook Spin 713 (Model:CP713-3W-5102). 

I have no issues with it. 

However, one thing I noticed is that my WiFi strength always shows as "weak." Sometimes it bumps up to "medium." It is only "strong" if it is in the same room. 

Now, I am in a 950 sf home. The router is twelve feet away. My download and upload speeds average 350 mbps over WiFi. 

I am very happy with this laptop. I am just curious about why this is.

    I wonder what the odds are that one of the antenna cables has come loose from the WiFi card... Test by moving really, really close to the router to see the signal strength at maximum. If you are still in warranty you can get Acer to fix it, if out of warranty there are nine screws holding the bottom case half on and the antenna cables connect to the onboard WiFi right up next to the fan.
