I have been having constant issues with my laptop, first the motherboard died so was repaired within warranty. Since I have received the laptop back from Acer ( a week ago) I have had the following ongoing issues:

Turns itself off randomly - sometimes when I am working, very annoying.
Occasionally displays a 'no bootable device' message and I have to turn off and on again
Charger that was sent back with my device doesn't charge it at all so using my daughters Acer charger while I wait for them to send a new one.

I have upgraded to win 11 but the issues happened even when I was still running 10.   I am not tecchie at all so is this a simple setting thing or do I just try and get my money back and buy new. I need reliability as I use for work.

Thanks

Sorry, you have posted your warranty service issue on an Acer users forum. We are not Acer employees or customer/technical service representatives but user trying to help other users just like you. Since the laptop is still under warranty and you are dissatisfied with repair, you must again contact the authorized Acer warranty repair center. Click on this link. Choose your country. Click the support button at the top of the country page. Enter your serial number id (SNID) and arrange for warranty service through the contacts listed.
