My Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 doesn't turn on when unplugged, even when it has a full battery.

I've had my laptop - Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55,for around 8 months now (bought from PB Tech). Recently, I've had the problem where if I unplug my laptop, even at full power, it shuts down and is unable to turn on. When I press the power button to turn it on, it flashes 5 times and doesn't do anything. I've constantly restarted it, but still no luck. However, when I plug in the power adapter, it works perfectly fine.

How could I resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for those who help.

@JustRelax try to uninstall the battery driver or do a power reset by unplugging the charger while the laptop is off and pressing the power for 15 secs. If those don't work, contact the place you bought the laptop from for warranty.
