Double boot animation and headphones problem Nitro AN515-31

Hi
When my laptop turns on it shows one ACER logo, but without these spinning dots, then black screen appears, then ACER logo shows again, but now with spinning dots and now i can see windows log in screen. This doubled animation slows booting time.
Second problem is weird. My headphones aren't detected, but they just play sound. Updating drivers and deleting devices doesn't help. Once i've seen dialogue box showing:
What device is connected?

• Headphones

• Microphone

• i forgot

• Headphones

• i forgot

I know there was exactly 5 options. But idk what option i've clicked.

That isnt an animation but a loading splash screen, its just hiding the UEFI / BIOS messages

As for the headphones, do you mean the mic isnt detected per chance? My bet is you just clicked the wrong option , you should have an audio console button on your bottom right where you can double click to open. In there there should be an option to foget or chance the device which is plugged in

Thanks for loading screen info. I have this problem with headphones:
When I connect cable to laptop sound plays from headphones but they don't appear In settings. Forget about mic, that doesn't matter for me.

About the boot that occurs twice in a row, check if disabling fast startup in power options solves the problem. I also advise restoring the bios by pressing f9+f10.
