My graphics card model was nvidia geforce 710M a while ago, but now it has reached 620M, what is the reason?

    Hi @ RashedRasuli

Please mention your model name of unit

    1. Disable background applications.
    2. Check PCI slot of Nvidia graphics card.
    3. Clean the dust inside your PC.
    4. Cool your Nvidia video card.
    5. Lower overclocking.
    6. Update Nvidia graphics card drivers.
    7. Disable and enable Nvidia graphics card.
    8. Uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

    >>>My graphics card model was nvidia geforce 710M a while ago, >>>

    (1) Was it still Win10 enterprise when it showed 710M?

    (2) About how long ago did it show 710M?

Yes, in the previous version was also enterprise.
A few months ago, my computer's f2 and f12 keys did not work for the BIOS or boot, so I took my laptop to a computer repair shop and that person fixed the BIOS problem, and then. I installed that new enterprise Windows, but then my computer found the problem, which was the graphics card problem, which went from 710M to 620M.

Does the id number NXM5UTA002 match the first 10 characters of the id number in your BIOS Information tab? If not, what are the first 10 characters?

The Win10 710m dirver is apparently available by request at this nvidia link. Join the driver request forum. Ask Manuel for a 710m display driver for your model. Include the following information.

    1) v5-471G
    2) 710m
    3) Windows 10 64-bit
    4) NVIDIA GPU PNP Device ID. (Press WIN+R. Enter 'msinfo32". Click component folder in left pane  Click display subfolder. Provide  nvidia GPU pnp device id near bottom of right pane)
