Nitro Sense 5 AN515-57 - under performance?

Hi all, I have had my Nitro AN515-57 for about 2 months now, only now getting around to playing some games on it. For the last 2 hours I have been trying to play Call of Duty Warzone or Modern Warfare without much luck. The game keeps freezing or crashing even when just on the menu screens. I managed to get in to one game but I had to quit after 3 minutes as it was unbearable only achieving 30fps and it was freezing (very bad). 

With this being an i7 with an RTX 3070 and 16GB of RAM I would have thought it would have been playable at least, even if its not the best quality. The power is connected so its fully juiced to make the most out of the watts and it is set to Max Performance in Nitro Sense. At a bit of a loss as to what the issue could be!

    Battery must be 100% charged and charger plugged in BEFORE starting heavy gaming load for maximum play time.

    Thanks, it is not that as its on charge at 100% when starting. Looks to be disk failure as its stuck at 100% for hours even when booting uup. There is also a S.M.A.R.T disk failure warning

    @NickySwans if you see a S.M.A.R.T warning, it is possible that the HDD is failing (not sure if yours is equipped with an HDD or not). If the SSD (usually the C: partition) has enough space for installing those games, you can try to install them on the SSD to see if the performance is resolved.

    Press WIN+R. Enter 'msinfo32'. Expand 'components' folder in left pane. Expand 'storage' subfolder. Click 'disks' Please post screenshot of result if possible.
