There is a problem with the charging of the Acer aspire E 14 laptop. Give me a solution to this.

I have an Acer Aspire E15 laptop. When it is plugged into the current and the game is on, the blue and orange bulb of the laptop starts to blink immediately. Within a minute or so, the laptop loses power (battery low) and the laptop shuts down. It happens while playing the game. What is the reason for this? When both bulbs blink, the laptop does not seem to charge.

@Sand97 if you can find a battery reset hole on the bottom of your laptop, use a small tool like sim ejector or toothpick and press it for about 10 secs. If that doesn't work, the charger might be faulty. Try to unplug and plug in the charger pin for a few times to get the better connection or you might need to get another charger.
