As this laptop a 2020 released laptop and its not a brand new and out of the box model, this Nitro 5 could have other issues, as any laptop that is refurbished and/or used can have problems. But and first, try to turn the laptop off by pressing the power key until it turns off and then press the power key continually for 15 sec to reset the battery and also and after, press the "sift key first" then press the FN+F6 keys" to get the screen to turn on. If that doesn't work then you will have to open the back cover and disconnect the battery for 1 min and then reconnect it and power the laptop on as that resets the bios and see if the laptop powers on and the screen comes on?

With these Nitro 5 laptops and battery and/or any power on problems, they need their battery and cmos/bios batteries to be unplugged to reset the laptop as allot of the times when they don't power on problems like you are having happens. If all that doesn't fix your problem, then send it back to where you bought your Acer Nitro 5 Ryzen AN515-44 4600H from and them to fix it.
