Is there an easy way to switch the charging port on Acer aspire 3 A315-23 series model

My charger broke in the charging port, is there an easy way to replace the charging port or to get out the broken piece, it's only the black tip that broke into my charging port so it's deep in there.

You can try to put a very small touch of water-based glue or putty  on the end of a plastic sippsy straw to fit over the center pin to reach the tip. Let it set for a while. Then try to withdraw the tip. A forceps would be better but that would require removing 11 screws and the bottom cover to disconnect the  battery from the mainboard to avoid short-circuiting the jack.
