Hello , so I decided to check the ssd health and was surprised to see the crystal disk saying its bad and 7% health so I turned the laptop off till I figure out what ssd to buy, iam not really a tech guy so bare with me, when I buy the new ssd how will I get the digital license that was installed on the previous ssd or will I need to buy a new license for the windows? Also is there is any chance that when I install the  new ssd with the current one I'd be able to transfer the windows or no?
Sorry for the long post with the noob questions 😅

The Windows OEM license key is now embedded on the mainboard, no longer on the boot drive like in the old days.  :)

Just as an addition as what I’ve found out with experience, is that to replace and clone an OS (that transfers the Windows key and Win is fully operational like its been stated above) and this is with no problems and in the easiest way, is for you  to use the Samsung SSD’s of either the 2.5” SATA3 6GB/sec form or the M.2 Samsung PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe M.2 2280 drives that are compatible with your Helios 500, because Samsung has their own proprietary uncomplicated and excellent/simple cloning software called “Data Migration” and their SSD tunning software called “Magician” that updates firmware and will make cloning also its tunning of their SSD drives to their max performance to utilize these drives for any OS, Also and after you have cloned the Win  OS enable the TRIM command (see how to at this link) within windows to make the SSD perform to windows max efficiency also.
