How to get the HD back N-50

Hi, I am using a N-50 desktop. It comes with an SSD and I plugged in an HD. Last year I asked a technician to install Linux on the HD and make my PC dual-boot, but now I no longer need the Linux, I want to format HD.

May I ask what should I do? Since in Win I cannot find the HD, I plan to boot my PC using win PE, find the HD and format it, is it feasible? Also do I need to change BIOS settings back? (Since dual-boot system) Thank you very much

@NewUser134 do you still see the HDD in the disk management?

Thank you Anhez, it can be found in disk manager, but all options are greyed out. Its file system is not NTFS

@NewUser134 so it cannot let you delete the volume? You can try another partition software like Minitool partition wizard.
