My computer has an Acer Veriton X2611G motherboard: Acer H61H2-AD LGA1155 DDR3 (with an Intel Core i3-3240 3.4Ghz processor). Does this board support the DDR3 1600 MHz RAM frequency?

I want to replace the two Samsung 2 GB 1Rx8 PC3-10600U slats installed now-09-10- A0 M378B5773CH0-CH9 for two Patriot SL 4 GB DDR3 1600 MHz CL11 (PSD34G160081)

Nope, spec calls for DDR3 1.5V 1066/1333 (note not DDR3L). DDR3 1600 might work, but only at the 1333 speed and if added in addition to existing 1066 memory would be clocked down to 1066 to match the rest. With the correct memory speed you can use 1GB, 2GB or 4GB sticks.
