After upgrade my ram by 8gb 1Rx8 my ram speed reduced to 2933 from 3200mhz Nitro 5 AN515-57

Please help me. I have Acer Nitro 5 model AN515-57 I have i5 11400H processor(https://www.intel.in/content/www/in/en/products/sku/213805/intel-core-i511400h-processor-12m-cache-up-to-4-50-ghz/specifications.html ). After upgradation of ram by Crucial 8GB 1Rx8 DDR4-3200 CT8G4SFRA32A (https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfra32a ) ,my ram speed in task manager shows 2933mhz instead of 3200mhz as it was before upgradation (Before upgrade Samsung ram was there 1Rx8 8gb M471A1K43EB1-CWE). I checked the comparison in cpu-z (please see in images) with inbuilt ram, there is no much difference in various values but still my new ram along with inbuilt ram shows speed of 2933mhz in task mgr. Please help me asap, what should I do? how to get the 3200mhz speed? which ram should I purchase for 3200mhz speed with inbuilt one? will this lower speed hamper my performance very much? Your JEDEC profiles doesn`t match, that`s why it is working with the lowest possible speed.

Then which ram should I purchase in Crucial brand?

@batmalin can you please tell me if this will work? Its CL is 20 but its XMP ready, as per my search its default JEDAC is 3200mhz

Avoid XMP as it is not supported by your laptop.

@batmalin but as per my info there is no harm in using xmp ram in non supported mother board as it will run on default speed of 3200mhz as per https://www.kingston.com/datasheets/KF432S20IB_8.pdf can you share any other ram stick in your view if you wanted to upgrade the ram? which option you would prefer? because i want to keep original ram to work with new one.

If you want to keep your current, you better get tne same like yours. Do not mix XMP with regular

@batmalin OK, I haven't check what speed will get after installing it. I will check about it. I have mixed replies about xmp. I am not interested in xmp profiles, but its default plug N play speed is 3200.Hence I think it woul match with samsung ram to give 3200. About this, some people say you will get 3200, some people say it will downgrade speed. Right now, I have no choice for another ram with CL20 to match for my current samsung ram CL(tell me if you have). As for now my speed is 2933 because there is mismatch of CL 20 & CL 22 btw both rams. So I will check first with it what speed I will get. If it doesn't work out I will go for replace samsung with Crucial ram to have pair of both with CL22. Please tell me what your view on this? what will you suggest for go to option?
