My ASPIRE TC 866 UR 11 Does not have windows 11 drivers listed on its support page, does that mean the Windows 10 64bit drivers will work with 11. Or is Acer working to provide them soon?
Perhaps Windows 11 provides them?

You do not need to worry about it. Your device is compatible with Windows 11 and all necessary drivers are installed or updated automatically by Windows. If a driver does not work properly, you can download and install the driver manually from the support page.

Have you found issues with this upgrade? I would like to pull the trigger on this but well you know

I have not installed W11 yet, but use W10.
