Here are my symptoms for the laptop, I was trying to fix it for my family, I don't know what they might have done:
- No Bootable Device - Checked NVME, it is intact HDD0 shows the model and serial number.
- BIOS is loading up slow
- I cannot boot Windows Installer on USB; I tried using the default Microsoft MediaCreationTool21H2.exe to create a bootable ISO on the 32GB SanDisk USB. Additionally, I have tried using the same tool to create an ISO and using RUFUS.exe to make it bootable
- I have tried to remove a Ram to make the system recognize a difference in the motherboard
- I have disabled Secure boot to allow UEFI to work; have tried also leaving it on.
- SATA Mode: RST premium with optane, ... I cannot change this at all, there is no SATA mode where I can do AHCI
I am all out of ideas... But I think my issue might not just be the device is not bootable but within the BIOs itself? It's currently InsydeH20 Rev 5.0.
