Here are my symptoms for the laptop, I was trying to fix it for my family, I don't know what they might have done:

  1. No Bootable Device - Checked NVME, it is intact HDD0 shows the model and serial number.
  2. BIOS is loading up slow
  3. I cannot boot Windows Installer on USB; I tried using the default Microsoft MediaCreationTool21H2.exe to create a bootable ISO on the 32GB SanDisk USB. Additionally, I have tried using the same tool to create an ISO and using RUFUS.exe to make it bootable
  4. I have tried to remove a Ram to make the system recognize a difference in the motherboard
  5. I have disabled Secure boot to allow UEFI to work; have tried also leaving it on.
  6. SATA Mode: RST premium with optane, ... I cannot change this at all, there is no SATA mode where I can do AHCI
I am all out of ideas... But I think my issue might not just be the device is not bootable but within the BIOs itself? It's currently InsydeH20 Rev 5.0.

#6 - Was able to swap to AHCI by doing ctrl + s in the tab but turned my computer screen black and I could not see the Acer Logo. I had to take out my SSD and boot back in to change it back to RST Premium with Optane

Found my actual issue, turns out my SK hynix SSD was the bottleneck. I took it out and my windows installer worked... there must really be something wrong with the M.2 Otherwise on the motherboard... there might be something wrong with the slot.

@JHelp you can try to clean the M.2 SSD and the connector contact. Or the SSD has failed.

I am not sure if it's dirty at all, I think it may be broken? Also, I believe its a SK Hynix 256GB M.2 SSD

@JHelp you can try to take that SSD to a computer repair shop to let them test it for you or get an NVMe SSD box.
