Hi,

Have recently bought Acer Predator Triton 500 SE (i7-11800H 24GB 1TB SSD with Nvidia RTX3070 8GB) having Windows 10 version 21H2 (10.0.19044.1708) which I suppose is latest update.

The issue I am facing is during start or restart, at boot logo of Windows, if the AC adapter attached to the laptop is ON, then the BSOD with stop code 0xc000021a appears and this error appears every time I restart or turn on my laptop with AC adapter ON.

Similarly, in order to boot windows, I turn the AC adapter off and everything works well without any sort of BSOD after wards.

Now I read that stop code 0xc000021a is due External devices interference with OS which in my case in the AC adapter ? This is so confusing and irritating.

Could someone please help me on this issue? I just bought this laptop couple of week back.

Thanks in advance!

Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' near the top of the next pane. Scroll down and UNcheck the boxes for fast startup. Then shut down Windows normally. Turn it back on again with adapter turned on.
