After a fresh Windows installation with a PenDrive my notebook stoped working unless its plugged in. It does not power on if is not plugged in, and when I plugged it out, it shuts down.

I have already tried:
  1. Disable fast start
  2. Change Battery settings maximum processor from 100% to 25%
  3. Running the Power Troubleshoot (nothing changed)
  4. Uninstalling both Battery drivers
  5. Shuted it down and hold the power button for 15 and 20 seconds. Pushing the pinhole with a paper clip for 5 and 60 seconds.

I attached my battery-report.html (as images, because I cannot upload HTML files) created by the powercfg /batteryreport /output "C:\battery-report.html" PowerShell command.

If your Aspire 3 A315-51-30HW laptop works on mains power only with the charger plugged in then it could be an internal DC-IN CABLE ASSY 45W Acer part #: 50.GNPN7.004 plug/cable issue (see captions below) and/or its connection to the mobo or the actual mobo? If this does not fix your problem then you need to take your laptop to an experienced tech so that he can diagnose this problem as its beyond a DC cable and/or charging issues as its in the actual charging circuitries related to the power/charging that you can’t fix. Your battery is fine and the battery report looks good. I don't know how experienced you are with opening laptops? But your laptop needs to be checked around this boards area and its connection to the mobo.
