AMD Radeon Software shows GPU Utilization is "N/A" in AMD Software Nitro 5 AN515-42

Processor:  AMD RYZEN 5 2500U processor
GPU:  AMD Radeon(TM) Vega 8 Graphics (Integrated)
RAM:  8GB DDR4 RAM
Graphics Card:  AMD Radeon RX 560X

Recently I clean installed Windows 10 in M.2 slot SSD
i updated drivers using AMD software
But, in AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition shows that the AMD Vega 8 GPU Utilization is "N/A"
How can I fix this issue please help me.

@THERAJATSHAHARE it could be from the Radeon Software problem as many users are complaining about this issue. https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/f06f4e/amd_radeon_software_recognizes_gpu_but_doesnt/
The iGPU usage still works in the task manager but not in the Radeon Software.
