XV251Q FBMIIPRX Screen Blackouts and Strange Horizontal Bars On First Day of Arrival

How can I get a brand new monitor that is dead on arrival repaired or returned without absorbing the costs for being given a broken product?

There are 2 issues with my BRAND NEW monitor that I received yesterday morning.
1: A horizontal line of gray and black pixels appears on the monitor every so often.  
2: The monitor appears to reboot randomly.  The screen goes black for about 1 second, then comes back.  I have a video of issue 2 black outs occurring if you would like to see it.

I just want to return this product without absorbing the ridiculous fees since I am completely unsatisfied with it? 
It's a $500 blinking paper weight.

    @nocapongod sorry to hear that you are having some serious problem with the monitor. If you have bought the monitor from a retail store, check that store warranty policy and contact them if you are eligible for return or exchange for another.
