I purchased an ACER tablet ACTAB1021 6 months ago through Currys for a Christmas present and the power button stopped working, I cannot turn it on. I am hardly trying to contact ACER but the SN is not recognized by the automatic phone operator and when I am trying to log a repair/warranty claim on the website, the DSG model number shown on the back of the tablet does not show on the website model menu, it only shows model names like "ENDURO", ...
