How often should I change the cooling paste in my Helios 300 i7, rtx3060 gb laptop? Will the service centre do it if asked or do i have to do it on my own?

What is the exact model? Example PH315-52-58VH. If your laptop is under warranty, I don't recommend doing a thermal paste glue. I would do this after the warranty expires, in case your laptop isn't overheating.

cecilthomas1969 if you have warranty stickers]/seals you cant do it yourself otherwise youre able to repaste it yourself without voiding your warranty i would recommend kryonaut or similar but if you cant do it yourself you have to aske them to do it and i dont think they would accept the thermal past you want to put in they will use the crappy stock all the time thats not a customer choice as far a im aware only in India they work with 3rd party service centers that do home visits and they can use the paste you want to on spot but only if they want to they arent forced to so good luck :)
