Hi,
My acer predator helios 300 power throttle even though there is no thermal throttling. Can't figure out why is this happening. I've tried a number of methods but it still throttles after max 50 seconds of stress test or cinebench...

Battery must be near 100% charged and charger plugged in BEFORE starting heavy gaming for maximum play time. After battery drains below about the 50% charge level even plugged in, CPU/GPU automatically throttles. Battery charging then takes precedent over CPU/GPU power demands until battery reaches 100% charge level again.

morpheus9000 intel xtu its useless software you should remove it completely and use core temp/hwinfo etc to get proper reliable results and keep an eye on your temps and as @JackE stated very well you shouldnt ever game on battery always plugged in and fully charged before you start any games the battery main purpose its to aid the adapter with more extra power when this one can provide enough its just a power pack technically and you will damage it if you use it for gaming without being on AC also make sure to check your battery wear with hwinfo or battery bar pro if more than 15/20% consider replacing it asap but anyways u probably already know all this also power throttling occurs when the cpu/gpu draw more power than the adapter can provide thats normal and the mobo its locked to only let that amount of power pass through to not burn any components by power spikes etc so theres nothing much that can be done regarding that good luck :)
