    (1) Press and hold power button for 10 seconds
    (2) Unplug charger
    (3) Gently insert and press paperclip into battery disconnect pinhole on bottom for about a minute
    (4) Plug charger back in
    (5) Wait for battery charge LED to turn steady blue
    (6) After battery charge LED turns steady blue, try to turn laptop on again

First try to unplug the charger plug at the back of the laptop and press the “Power Key” for 12 seconds, then replug the charger plug and see if both light come on?

If the usual steps of press power key etc (as JackE has suggested) does not work then you will have to unscrew and open the back cover, disconnect the battery first and take the battery out and on the left side (small black battery) unplug this RTC (cmos bios) battery for 5min and then replug and reassemble and reboot the laptop.

Note; that you need to wait longer for the laptop to boot as all this resets the bios and it will take longer to boot. This is a common problem with these new Nitro 5 AN515-55, 56, 57, 58 laptops as I’ve had the same issue with an AN515-56 and all the above steps is the way to reboot these laptop if you suddenly can’t boot and/or get a battery light blinking as both lights should be on like in the caption I’ve included below and if the default steps don't get the laptop to boot you need to go to the next steps of disconnecting the battery and RTC battery, otherwise there could be internal power/components circuitry issues that you need an experienced tech to diagnose.
