I have been using the Amazon Kindle for PC app for 2 years on my Acer Spin 5. The Notebook function never worked. I thought maybe Amazon had fixed a bug, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it hoping for a fix. I could not register the app after the install. After login, I get the Message "Please Enable Cookies to Continue". My cookies have always been enabled.
Since then, I have spent 3 weeks working with Amazon, both first and second level support trying to figure out why their app thinks my laptop is blocking cookies. After they exhausted everything they knew to do, they told me to contact Acer. I have up to date Windows 10 and am using Edge which is also up to date. During troubleshooting with Amazon, I tried it with Chrome and got the same result. Can anyone help?
