Is there a way to fix this damage

in Predator Monitors
Hello so I have this tiny hole like damage on my screen everything is working fine but it's just annoying is there something I can do to make it less noticeable ?

    Hi,
    It could be a dead pixel, if you don't notice while using the PC ignore it, when it becomes too bad you may have to buy a replacement panel.

    There's a coating on the surface and it's gotten scuffed there. There is no real cost effective way to fix it, just ignore it if possible. Ignoring is much cheaper than replacing it. :)
