Unable to install NitroSense on my Nitro AN515-45

I updated my Windows 11 yesterday and today when I opened my laptop, I noticed that NitroSense isn't working. So I uninstalled it to install it again. I downloaded the setup (v3.01.3028) for my device from Acer's site. When I try to run the setup.exe, nothing happens and the application does not install. Please help!
These are the windows updates that happened:

@stagrider did you try to restart the Windows and run the setup.exe file?
