PLEASE HELP!!! My acer nitro 5 laptop is not detecting my headphones.

When I connect my headphones to the laptop, basically nothing happens on the screen. But I hear sound from the headphones but nothing is detected, not even the mic, which is what bothers me the most. I've basically tried everything. I've even factory reset and reinstalled windows like 10 times already. Even going back to older versions of windows. Nothing seems to help at all. I know it's not the headphones because I had this problem with my old headphones, so I bought new ones to see if they would work but nothing happened. I've reinstalled the Realtek audio drivers many times as well. But I think that the problem has something to do with the Realtek audio console because I can't open it. I just stay on the loading screen forever. This also started happening about 2 months into the purchase, which was early October 2021. Any help would be highly appreciated!!!

@EmojiMan the 3.5mm port device selection is related to the Realtek Audio Console app. Try to reinstall it by uninstalling the Realtek Audio Console app, and downloading the audio console driver from the Acer Support site. Also, check the Task Manager, startup tab, and make sure that the Realtek or RtkAudService must be enabled the startup or else the app won't work.
