Can you install Realtek High Definition Audio driver on Acer Aspire 5 A515?

I recently bought an Acer Aspire 5 A515, running Windows 11. The preinstalled speaker and microphone use Realtek Audio. I take harp lessons by Zoom and while my teacher can hear me, I can not hear her harp at all. Speech is no problem, it just seems to cut out all frequencies from the harp. Using an external speaker/microphone did not help.
My previous laptop, a Lenovo ideapad had Realtek High Definition Audio and the meetings worked fine there. Can I install the Realtek High Definition Driver on my Acer Aspire 5 or is the internal speaker and microphone just not good enough for that?
Thanks for your help!

There are dozens of A515 models. What is your's? For example, A515-54G? Or A515-42?

Search 'acer purified voice' in Windows start  menu. Does Acer Purfied Voice Console application appear near top of menu? If yes, click on it and try to disable it to see what happens.
