Laptop turn on but screen remains black while booting. As a temporary hack Lid has to be closed and opened again in order to restore the normal working screen.

First try pressing FN+F6 to toggle screen on. If still doesn't work properly, then open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' near the top of the next pane. Scroll down and UNcheck the box for fast  startup.

Thank you for the answer brother. I tried both the methods but still stuck in the same issue. As I already mentioned, the lid needs to be closed and opened again such that the laptop temporarily sleeps and starts again when I open the lid again which is temporary hack I found. Is there any way out by which I can permanently fix the issue ????

Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Please post a screenshot of the box that pops up.
