The user account is not eligible for the service

I have a Model BOBBA-C4B-A3F-E4Q-C5I-A7K-I8H and it has went off the managed network.  I have tried to reboot with recovery disk, but get an error message when I try to Enterprise Enrollment.  "The user account is not eligible for the service"

    That is not a recognizable model number... Perhaps one of the Chromebook CB311-xxx-xxxx SKUs? I expect you have to have your IT department deal with it for you.
