Can we adjust the granularity of brightness keys? Swift SF314-43 laptop

The granularity of the screen brightness keys is problematic.  Pressing a key once adjusts the brightness too much - i.e. it goes right past the desired brightness.  To get the brightness I want I must use the slider that appears (in the top left of the screen).  Is there some way to adjust the granularity (sensitivity?) of these keys?  It may be a driver issue... does anyone know how to report the issue with the maker of the driver (which might be Radeon?)

Many thx.

    Hi @ Grok

To change the brightness on an external monitor, use the buttons on it. The Brightness slider appears in action center in Windows 10, version 1903. To find the brightness slider in earlier versions of Windows 10, select Settings > System > Display, and then move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness

You can manually change to an arbitrary brightness via a registry tweak. IIRC if you have it tweaked to a specific value then the higher/lower keys move it by a fixed amount instead of moving to a fixed position, but I'm not positive on that.
