Some keys does not work for no reason

Hello, i dont know why, but recently some of my keys stopped working. I dont see a reason why it happened. It started by number 4 (num) followed by number 8 and / (num)...then after few days ESC and Q...I have no idea what is going on. Any suggestions?

    Kindly provide us the model no.. 

    Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue.. 

    Try windows x
    click on power shell admin or command prompt admin 
    type rstrui
    chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine  
    click on next, finish, yes
    It will restore your computer to an earlier date 
    if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close 
    It will show you all the icons..
    Try and check whether it is working now ..

    If it is still not working ..

    Try windows x 
    go to device manager 
    expand keyboard 
    right click on keyboard driver - uninstall 
    Restart the computer 

    It should work fine..

    Hi @kuuk,

    # Try to update the keyboard driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option keyboard driver.
    4. Under the title keyboard driver.
    ​​
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title keyboard  driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically". 

    Check this T/S and post the result. ​
