So, let me explain...
A few days ago i reinstalled windows on my Helios 300 because i had a problem with the setting app. I used a windows tool to reinstall it and get rid of the settings bug. Now Windows works perfectly but this tool wiped everything on my laptop.... all the predator's apps and drivers are gone. My touchpad is not working anymore. Now my laptop is just a simple one....not a Predator
Is there a way to reset all as it was on the first day?
Thanks

What OS are you running? As with Win-10 you have to reinstall all the drivers, windows does not install all drivers but its unusual that your touchpad does not work as the windows reinstall should have installed that driver. Also you need to get the latest windows updates, drivers from Nvidia, Intel and all your software for this laptop to work.

Shut laptop down. Turn it back on and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A recovery screen should appear to allow you to do a factory reset.

I've already tried that.... but i think the windows tool that i used, deleted the acer recovery partition, because i ended up with the same simple version  :'(
Now...  if i install all the drivers and apps for my helios 300 from the acer site, the laptop will be very similar with the original acer OS version?

What do you mean? If you tried ALT+F10 cold boot method, and an ACER recovery menu appeared, then the factory installed system on the hidden ACER Predator version recovery partition is still intact. The tool, whatever you used, should not have access to that partition.
