Will acer Replace the unit if we have major issue and laptop is new????

I initially had screen burning issue  the technician came to replace the panel but  now motherboard is not working its been more than a week that i am running behind all these stuffs and my laptop is very new its just 2 months and its been opened from all the side . hopefully acer should look into this issue and replace the unit as its creating a lot of issues as a customer and its hampering my workflow.

    If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.

    Yes i have raised my concerns to the acer team they are giving me only one answer from past 2 weeks ie; the issues has been reported to higher management and give us some time for the same. And now that its been almost close to 20 days that i am sitting with a dead machine .Keeping my fingers-crossed and hopefully they will replace  the machine soon as the motherboard is dead .
