What I Delete Off One Acer Aspire 3 Laptop Gets Deleted Off The Other. Why?

So, I got a new laptop (Dell Inspiron 15 3000) and while I was going through the online bookmarks of my old laptop (Acer Aspire 3) to find what I wanted and did not want to keep, I found that whatever I deleted off my old laptop would get deleted off my new one and vise versa. Any idea what this might be happening? I'm not very good with tech. I’m not sure if it’s because they are both connected to the OneDrive, iCloud, Microsoft, Google, or some other option, but I’d like to know so I can avoid accidentally deleting bookmarks I want to keep. I don’t think it affects the actual files like Word documents, it’s just the bookmarks you’d find on browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and so on.
