a few of my keys are not working, the only replacment keyboards I've found for my model are almost 200$. Is there any way I can just switch the 2 broken keys with properly working keys from the same keyboard? or are there any other compatible replacement keyboards for my model?

I don't know which keyboard language you want as there are many languages? But and for the US International which is the standard for English or the UK there are different keyboards. I've included a captions of the PH715-51 remove/install of the US International keyboard and the Acer part number below for your laptop, also you can buy these replacement keyboards (which are not OEM) from eBay here at this link "For Acer Predator Triton 700 PT715-51 RGB Mechanical Keyboard NK.I151A.030" its US $139.66 but make sure that you always wear a wrist anti static band and you take the battery out so that you don't short any components out.

    Acer OEM P715-51 keyboard details

    eBay none OEM keyboard

This is what you have to do to remove and the reverse to replace the keyboard:

    1. Find the keyboard (B) on the top assembly.
    2. Flip the LED board FFC (C) away from the keyboard (B).

    3. Remove sixty-eight (68) screws securing the keyboard, and two (2) screws securing the keyboard control board in place.

    4. Gently remove the keyboard from the top assembly.

    5. Remove the connector tape securing the keyboard cable (D) to the keyboard control board (E).

    6. Disconnect the keyboard cable (D) from the keyboard control board connector, and remove the keyboard cable (D).
