i have acer predator helios 300 ph315-54
I bought a new 32 GB RAM from Hayper X at 3200 MHz, but when I turn on the laptop it stops and the blue screen lights up with an error and turns off.
When setting one piece it works
When you put the two pieces it stops running and the blue screen appears and turns off
I put a new one and an old one, and the total is 24 GB, but the speed changed to 2933 MHz.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Thank you....

I think new ram is not working with the old ram.   Try to change the slots and check.    It is better to use the same pair of memory with same brand and with same speed.    Try to check the compatibility of the  old and new ram.

To check the compatibility of ram which you can use on your computer.. Get CPUz and check it with that in SPD section of all the RAM and specs that you have, its a quick and simple way to check all OEM specs and what you have in your system.

Kindly go through the details which is captured from service manual designed for your computer.

I would like to provide some additional info which will really help you.

Kindly go through the details given below.  The info provided below will be very helpful to get the current memory and ssd details of your computer and the options to upgrade it.

Please visit the website given below.  There is an option to  "start your scan "  and " select your computer " .  Please chose the options and try it.  It will show you the memory and SSD’s details and the best upgrade options for you..

It will tell you what you currently have and what you can add for memory and SSD's.

Note: If you decide to buy you can always compare the prices by visiting other websites or stores and then you can decide.  We are providing the info of scan app just to show you the upgrade options.  You can even download similar scan apps from other memory upgrade websites too.

assemta, when buying extra ram for any laptop/desktop it has to be compatible ram with the cpu that your laptop is fitted with  and NOT just any ram that you see that is on special and says DDR4-3200MHz. Acer laptops only work with compatible ram and NOT overclocked ram, so install CPUz and see the exact memory specs that your OEM Acer has e.g. look at the OEM Max Bandwidth and look at the Timing Table specs and especially its Cas# Latency in CPUz Memory section as that is what works with your laptop and the new and added ram has to be and paired with equally, its like the kit form ram of 2x 16GB DDR4-3200MHz that work best because they are virtually the same paired memory and will work perfectly in tandem with each other.

In my opinion its good practice to install the Crucial System Scan software (as I’ve done this to virtually all my laptops/desktops since this software has been around) and to my new AN515-56 (which Acer recommends a max of 32GB 2x 16GB at DDR4-3200MHz CL22) as Crucial specialise in memory and SSD drives manufacture and this scan will give you the exact compatible max ram and appropriate ram suitable for your PH315-54 laptop. Crucial also recommends more max ram compatible and working ram for the PH315-54 than what Acer recommends OEM which in your PH315-54 laptops case is a max of 32GB (2x 16GB) but your PH315-54 will take 64GB (2x 32GB DDR4) at DDR4-2666Mhz CL19, so do the scan and find out as there are many ram and SSD drives suggested.

Btw, the Acer OEM ram for your PH315-54 that is recommended for your laptop is in the 16GB modules form is listed in the Acer SG, is the “MICRON SO-DIMM DDRIV 3200 16GB MTA16ATF2G64HZ-3G2J1Acer part #: KN.16G04.013” which is a Cas# Latency: 0.62ns @ CL = 22 (DDR4-3200) so try and keep to those specs only as they work.
