I cannot connect to WiFi or Bluetooth with my Predator G3-710 PC.  Can someone help?

I've worked through several varied on-line suggestions but simply not working.

Thanks

What is the exact Wi-Fi/BT card model that is fitted to your Predator G3-710? As there are 3 types of cards used? All Wi-Fi/BT problems are due to either corrupted drivers and/or actual and the physical card failures (which are not common) or the actual card pins being corroded and not making contact with the mobo Wi-Fi/BT plug. Take the card out and clean all its pins and plug it back in, then completely uninstall all drivers for Wi-Fi/BT and try to install the OEM Acer Wi-Fi/BT drivers first, also and after you install all these drivers and reboot, press the F3 key a few times (if the Wi-Fi/BT doesn’t activate) you do this after the new install of the Wi-Fi/BT then you reboot and login to your OS as that should work, if all this does not work then its either your card or your mobo that is at fault as making the Wi-Fi/BT function has nothing to do with anything else than drivers or its physical cards condition or the mobo plug.

    Hi @Magnet

If you have tried to reinstall the drivers and if it doesn't work then you can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.

Check the above link to do a reset.

NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.

Hope it will help you in some way.
