Possible Battery issues with Acer Swift 314-510g-77LQ

Recently, I had issues with my touchpad not clicking. When pressed it felt like something underneath was preventing it from going down. I searched online for this issue and some people thought it to be a swollen battery issue which prevented the touchpad from pushing down. Just recently, my laptop is plugged in at 0% but it is not charging. I tried every fixing method but it doesn't work. I even tried to reset the battery configurations through the pin hole underneath my laptop but that also didn't work. My laptop was fine before but now I can't even turn it on unless its plugged in. It's weird. Please help as I am in year 12 and I need my laptop for school work

You probably need a new battery. Google sf314-51g & battery for vendors who ship to your location. About $55usd.

You are likely still within warranty, if so you can contact Acer support about your SF314-510G and they will get you fixed up. It is pretty unusual for a battery to be going bad so early in it's lifetime...

Jack, the model is a SF314-510G, not SF314-51G. The latter is much newer than the former.

Sorry, right you are. So google sf314-510g & battery for vendors who ship to your location. About $55usd. Might still be under warranty?
