AN515-45-R375 show black screen without ACER logo

Hi All experts

I just bought this laptop Acrer Nitro5 AMD Ryzen ram 16 GB on Feb 2022, I upgraded hard disk M2 512 GB and SATA 1 TB. It properly working fine until last week. I try to turn on and it show black screen without any ACER logo on startup. I tried to press power button until power off and then try to power on again with press F2, F9, Del and etc. It still show black screen but the keyboard light is on.

Then I try to connect external monitor via HDMI port but it shown no input signal message on external monitor. (This is properly working before when I connect this external monitor)

Anyone face this kind of issue? Please advise me.

Try pressing FN+F6 and FN+F5 to try to turn the screen back on.

If that doesn't work, unplug the charger.

Then press and hold power button for about a minute after the machine shuts off.

Don't let go of the power button even after the machine shuts off.

Thank you very much for your replied.

I have try to press FN-F6 and FN-F5 but it still black screen. Then I try unplug the charger and hold the power button until power off and still hold the power button for 1 minute but nothing happens. It just power off. Do I missing something?

Anyway, I have call to call center and now I am waiting for on site engineer contact me.

Problem was solved after ACER support on site, he changed the new mainboard.

No, I asking him why it broken so fast because I was buy this on last end of Feb. It just 1.5 month ago. He told me that his job is making it work. That's all.

PS. As long as it work, I am happy.
