How to update my bios version with a P03-630???

I saw that acer has a new version of bios for my prebuilt along with updated drivers for like audio and stuff. Can I just hit download and whala? Or is there more to it than just clicking download. When you go to view the new bios versions it has this box with red lettering that say to beware that if you basically don't update your bios correctly then it could mess your system up pretty bad and I don't want to do that, but I do want the best that I can get. Please help I am noob/don't know much when it comes to bios updates. I figured that every time windows updates that it would take care of all this but it hasn't been.

@Skipper0526 you don't really need to update BIOS if you don't experience any issue. Updating is pretty user-friendly as just run exe file and confirm that you do not turn PC off during the update. I haven't encountered any issue with the BIOS update but sure that it will be a bad day if updating procedure goes wrong and brick your PC.
