Ordered an Acer Swift 3 R5-4500U on 31st March, no updates

I ordered an Acer Swift 3 R5-4500U Refurbished from the Acer Online Australia website on 31st March, its the 16th April the status has pretty much been the same. No updates or any tracking number given during the two weeks. They say they aim to deliver within 3 - 5 business days on the website, its clearly been longer than that. I even made an enquiry via email nearly a week ago, no answer. What is wrong with Acer in Australia, such a poor service. After looking at some reviews, ive lost even more confidence. Never ordering from their site again.
