Constantly getting internet interruptions with my Nitro 5. Every single day for hours I get disconnected & reconnected to the web dozens of times. Event Viewer is showing several different things.

1) Error Netwtw08 5002 - Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly.
2) Error Netwtw08 5005 - Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz : Has encountered an internal error and has failed.
3) Error Netwtw08 5007 - 5007 - TX/CMD timeout (TfdQueue hanged)
4) Warning DNS Client Events 1014 - Name resolution for the name wpad timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.
5) Warning NDIS 10500 - The network interface "Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz" has begun resetting.  There will be a momentary disruption in network connectivity while the hardware resets. Reason: The network driver requested that it be reset. This network interface has reset 15 time(s) since it was last initialized.

This happens literally dozens of times each day making it impossible to mantain a solid internet connection. When the network interface resets it doesn't actually fix anything & just continues this cycle endlessly. I was told that it might be able to be fixed by updating the BIOS, but there are no updates in windows settings. There is this BIOS update on the Acer website I'm just not sure if it's what i'm looking for & I don't want to mess anything up further.

"Update Insyde solution. Date: 2021/03/02 Version: 1.33 Vendor: Acer Size: "7.6 MB"
https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7964?b=1

Any help to fix this permanently without too much hassle would be greatly appreciated.

Ended up fixing it by opening Network Connections, Properties, Configure, Advanced & setting the 802.11 a/b/g Wireless Mode to 2. 2.4 GHz 802: 11b.
